Very nice house, in a private residence with swimming pool.
Privileged location, on the seafront in Empuriabrava and on the canal.
House divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor, there is a private garage.
The first floor consists of a spacious living / dining room with terrace, a modern open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor consisting of two big double bedrooms with terrace and a second bathroom with shower.
On the top floor there is a very large solarium terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house, renovated in 2014, is located right in front of the beach and has a private swimming pool reserved for the guests of the residence (6 houses).
Private garage, WIFI, satellite television (national, French and German programs), air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Residence with reception service.
Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe with more than 25 km of navigable canals. Its promenade with bars, restaurants and children's leisure areas, its wide range of leisure activities (parachuting center, wind tunnel, boat rental, water sports, etc.) make this small town an ideal option for tourists. families but also for couples or groups of friends.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is due.

Please note that the rental price does not include the final cleaning fee or the tourist tax.
This tax, mandatory in Catalonia, is €1.75 per person over 16 years old per night (max. 7 nights) and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
⚠️ From April 2027 it will increase to €2.50 per person per night.

Tres Bon logement
Tout était parfait ! Excellente communication avec Gwen puis sur place avec Ana. Le logement est parfaitement situé et très propre ! La résidence était très calme lors de notre passage ! Nous sommes des habitués de Empuria et nous recommandons ce logement

Die Unterkünfte waren sauber, komfortabel und geräumig und sehr schön gelegen. Die Abwicklung War unkompliziert. Die Heizung lief am Anfang nicht und sie war sehr schnell und problemlos ans Laufen gebracht. Gerne wieder.
Very nice
The property is very nice and as advertised in the listing. You can walk to the main town and to the beach and in summer months, the pool and rooftop would be very nice. The host was very responsive and permitted us to check in early. I would recommend the property to those who wish to stay in the area.
Elegantes und renoviertes Feriendomizil
Residència Cargols de mar in Empuriabrava, Spanien ist ein elegantes und renoviertes Feriendomizil der gehobenen Klasse. Es sind fünf Reihenhäuser die direkt an der Strandpromenade in der Nähe der Kanaleinfahrt liegen und somit im hinteren Bereich auch Liegeplätze für Yachten haben. Die Reihenhäuser haben 3 Stockwerke. Im untersten befindet sich die Garage und die Waschküche, im ersten die Gästetoilette mit Dusche, dir Küche und der Wohnbereich. Darüber das Masterschlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Doppelbetten. Auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche befindet sich im zweiten Stock. In der dritten Etage befindet sich die Dachterrasse mit Liegenmöglichkeiten. Fazit: ein schönes Feriendomizil mit einen recht exklusiven aber dafür angemessenen Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis mit sehr netten und engagierten Verwalterpaar.
